The services that National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc., provide are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. (“TAC”). National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc., Inc. reserves the right to update the TAC at any time without notice to you. Description of Services

National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc. provide you with access to a variety of resources including pre-filing and pre-discharge bankruptcy courses as required by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA). These services, including any update and additions, are subject to the TAC.

You agree to notify National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc., Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach in security. National Financial Literacy Foundation, Inc. and Financial Education Services, Inc. will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account number or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account number at any time.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use
