The services that Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc., provide are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. (“TAC”). Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc. reserves the right to update the TAC at any time without notice to you. Description of Services

Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc. provide you with access to a variety of resources including pre-filing and pre-discharge bankruptcy courses as required by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA). These services, including any update and additions, are subject to the TAC.

Customer Account, Password, and Security

Customer account numbers and passwords will be provided by Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc., Inc. You are entirely responsible for the confidentiality of your account number and password. Furthermore, you are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach in security. Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc. will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account number or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account number at any time.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Access Counseling Inc. and BKClass Inc. server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
